Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026. These terms govern your purchase and use of software provided by Buildworks, LLC.

1. Agreement

By retrieving software from this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the software.

2. What you’re buying

Each product is available as a one-time purchase for a specific major version. Your purchase includes:

• Updates and support for that major version for as long as it is maintained.

Future major versions are available separately, typically with an upgrade discount for existing customers. We don’t sell subscriptions — you are never billed automatically.

3. Using the software

You may install and use the software on sites you control, and modify it for your own use. You may use the software alongside AI and automation tools freely. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software itself as a standalone product with any mention of “Buildworks” or other protected content.

4. Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and charged once at checkout via Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

If the software doesn’t work as described and the issue cannot be resolved, contact Buildworks via email within 30 days of purchase and a refund will be issued. Because these are digital products, refunds may be declined outside that window or where the issue isn’t with the software itself.

6. Updates & support

Reasonable updates and support availble for the major version you purchased, on a best-effort basis at info@buildworks.dev.

7. Warranty & liability

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildworks, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
